Employees celebrated becoming Pathward as the company launched its new brand identity and website.
Pathward™, N.A. employees celebrated the official launch of our new name, Pathward, and brand identity, a milestone symbolizing the unification of our company that underscores our commitment to creating a path forward for the unbanked, underbanked, and underserved to help them achieve financial mobility.
The weeklong celebration included employee volunteerism to benefit 15 nonprofit organizations across company locations in the U.S.
“There was talk about a more traditional celebration week, but we believed volunteerism was a great way to bring our brand to life. And, employees wanted that engagement with our community partners,” said Pathward’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Manager Kylie Brunick.
Pathward’s volunteerism is rooted deeply in our purpose to power financial inclusion for all, with each eligible employee afforded 16 hours of Volunteer Paid Time Off per year and incentivized to volunteer through our Dollars for Doers program. Our Community Impact Portal allows employees to search for volunteer opportunities, organizational events, and can track their volunteerism.
